Commitment to Maguro
In addition to sashimi, you can enjoy the full flavor of a whole tuna, such as "chuboroshi" for a delicious taste of lean meat, "kama-yaki" for a fatty taste, and "tail steak" for a meaty taste.
Fresh tuna purchased every morning from the market is delivered to your table with expert craftsmanship.
